A buddy at work got some of those pushup things that rotate. He says you notice a lot more muscles being used. Haven't seen the results yet though.

There are other ways to work out your arms other than pushups without spending money on any equipment. Fill old milk jugs with water and use them as weights and you can work pretty much every muscle in your arm.
